You Are What You Eat!  What is in your stomach?

Picture
The American food market is dominated by processed and man-made fake food. This food is anything that comes in a can, box, jar, bag, foil or plastic containers. Our bodies weren’t designed to digest man-made and processed food. And since these food are indigestible, they end up sticking to your inner organs causing illness, abnormal growths and deposits into your joints as arthritis. This fake food causes man-made diseases like: type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity, cancer, alzheimer, stroke, heart attacks. These illnesses are caused by what you eat. You see, if you are suffering from one or more of these conditions then you are the cause of your own illness. Its is a hard fact but it’s the truth! You are what you eat! These conditions are bought on by what you eat.

One of the most important things you can do to grow or maintain your health is to educate yourself about this twenty-first century food. Education will empower you to make informed choices about the food you put into your body. The goal is to learn how to feed the body in a way that promotes health and well being. My new book, How To Eat Healthy and Reverse Type 2 Diabetes is on target to be released in February 2016. I am very proud of this book, because I was able to pour all of my current research, knowledge and experiences regarding Nutritional Science of Food into the pages of this book. The information shared in this book will raised consciousness about the poor quality of the food that is created for us to eat, unhealthy manufacturing practices and bring awareness to get rich marketing ploys used by the Multibillion dollar food industry to ensure our brains remain addicted to man-made and processed foods. You will also learn an alternative eating lifestyle which helps the body to heal and maintain optimum health.

I am also developing a 12 week program to compliment the book, tentative scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2016 along with personal coaching program.
I am looking for people who want to be healthy, who:
  •  are sick and tired of being sick and tired,
  • are tired of suffering from type 2 diabetes and other food related diseases,
  •  will dedicate 12 weeks of their life, devoted exclusively to healing and growing health through nutrition and exercise
  • want to overcome addiction to process food, junk food and man-made fake food
If you are one of these people press the button below and provide your name and email address so you can be added to my mailing list. I will use email to inform you of the release date of the book, training programs and counseling services and also to provide healthy eating tips.

I am excited about working to help you regain or maintain your health.

Make Salad The Main Dish

The more greens you eat the healthier you become and the more weight you release. Below is my breakfast, a tasty green smoothie, full of greens: arugula, kale and fruits: green grapes, watermelon, banana, blueberries and strawberries . For lunch and dinner a big delicious green salad: 2 lettuces, arugula, romaine, onions, cucumbers, carrots, mushrooms, 1/2 avocado, cherry tomatoes and for dressing topped with 1/2 of basil pinto beans. Too meet the daily vegetable requirement you need to eat a minimum of 5 vegetables, as you can see this salad meets that requirement.

You can't be lazy in the kitchen and be healthy. Its time consuming but I am worthy. I get in the kitchen and wash, cut, chop vegetables and make a large bowl of salad so I can eat on it for a day or two. Notice I put the wet tomatoes on top, turn up as to not make the remaining salad soggy. Add the dressing to individual servings. I never use bottle dressings (chemicals), I make it from scratch or use beans, which adds protein. I keep a pot of beans in my refrigerator and eat a cup or more everyday. Yummy! It does a body good! ! !

Remember your stomach doesn't have teeth so chew your vegetable well. Chewing breaks down the food and releases the enzymes and nutrients, this makes digestion easier.

Hello Friends,
I wanted to share this amazing cure all tonic. I just made a batch a couple of days ago and during the winter months I keep a jar in my refrigerator. If I feel cold symptoms I take 3-5 tablespoons a day. It is amazing, all natural and healing.

Ingredients:
  • Cayenne Peppers (a handful) other pepper that can be used are: habaneros, jalapeños, serranos (cut up)
  • Ginger root grated (medium to large)
  • Head of Garlic (peel and cut into pieces)
  • One large White Onion (cut up or chopped)
  • Horseradish Root (grated or chopped) 2-6 inches in length
  • 16 ounces of organic Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar or more depending on your consistency preference
Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and mix in the order listed above. Blend at a high speed (straining is optional). Place in a glass jar with plastic lid; place in a dark cabinet or refrigerator. Take 3-5 tablespoons as needed per day.
Note: The tonic is strong and I drink a little water after taking it.

Changing Your Eat Lifestyle is a Constant Journey

If you are like me, I have tried many diets and started many exercising program to stay healthy. I'd be gung-ho for the first week or two then loose motivation. I failed to realized that healing and toning the body takes time. The

In 2015 I learn how to eat a diet to maintain my health and understood that exercise was needed. I embraced eating healthy but have been very lack in stepping up and exercising enough on a regular bases. I made a decision on August 23, 2015, to start a 12 week program to release weight and tone and reshape my body.

During the first 4 weeks my exercise consisted of walking 3.5 miles a day, 5 to 6 times a week. My diet consisted of eating whole natural fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and beans and as a results my cravings and food addiction were under control. However the weight wasn't coming off. Although I felt stronger I realize I had to more. I journeyed back in time and recalled how much exercise I did to maintain my health and fitness when I was younger and it was a hell of a lot more than just walking 3.5 miles a day. So on 9-23-15 I added 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, 20 minutes of floor exercise, riding the elliptical for 20 minutes and bouncing, walking, dancing and jogging on my mini trampoline.  On 10-23-15 I experienced another shift in my body, I begin to see muscles starting to form, stomach shrinking and feeling amazingly strong. I could tell that the combination of exercise and diet were working to bring the results I desired.

Reclaiming your health takes time . Don't give up, be curious to see what will happen if I keep going. Put in the work and you will soon live the results. It is such an empowering feeling to witness your body daily growing strong fit and healthy  . Controlling you weight and health builds powerful self esteem.
