Thank you Lil Johnny, feedback like this is what keeps me going. I will never stop uplifting the spirit and encouraging healthy eating. You are so right we are what we eat. Unfortunately sixty-two percent of what we eat is man-made food which is killing us and putting future generations in danger of eating the same low quality, low nutrient, high calorie foods resulting in living a life of chronic diseases: type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, acid reflux, obesity, cancer, alzheimer, heart attack, stroke, amputations and blindness. One out of 33 people will have three or more of these diseases. We need healthy eating education. Learning how to eat healthy prevents or reverses man-made diseases. I teach how to stop depending on pills to stay alive. You see we are eating man-made food which is creating man-made disease. Man created disease.
So by changing ones eating lifestyle, one can change from a sick, low energy, chronic painful lifestyle to living a strong heathy lifestyle. But in order for any of this to happen man has to become obsessed with being healthy. One must make whatever sacrifice needed to kick food addiction and cravings. Yes, that means stop eating your favorite "comfort foods" plus unhealthy processed and fast foods. You must want healthy more than you want that, key lime pie, sour cream sock it to me cake, candy bar, soda or whatever. You must invest a lot of time and effort into being healthy therefore you can not be lazy in the kitchen. Being healthy requires that you shop, wash, chop and store large quantities of fresh vegetables. Have plenty of fresh organic fruits and veggies on hand at all times.
Ignorance is no excuse for breaking man's law because you will suffer the consequences. There some basic laws about food and being Ignoranant of them will cause chronic disease.
A body must be totally fit. In other words just releasing weight isn't sufficient the muscles must be firm and tone to support the skeleton and inner organs. So it is important to establish a work-out routine. Maybe start out by walking or jogging, working up to 3 miles a day or 10,000 steps a day. If you haven't exercise in a while start slow, you can start by walking a few houses from where you live and come back, do it two or three times a day, or walking 15 minutes away from your house and back that equates to 30 minutes of walking. As you get stronger do more for longer periods of time, add aerobics, weight training, and floor and stomach exercises. I'd suggest start with walking then as the habit of exercise starts to develop incorporate another exercise into the routine until you are doing them all. It's important to do enough exercise to build and firm the muscles
.
Take a stand and be committed to becoming healthy. This starts an never ending journey to living a strong, healthy, happy, vibrant, engaging and loving lifestyle. Yes this is what being healthy feels like. And everyone should want to experience living like this. This lifestyle can be yours just by learning how to eat healthy and incorporating exercise in to your lifestyle. My book, How To Eat Healthy and Reverse Type 2 Diabetes is on target to be released in February 2016.
