
I saw a picture of my dear friend from 35 years ago and she was so beautiful and fit. I thought to myself that use to be me. She motivated me to get serious about exercising. So I designed an eating lifestyle and exercise program to take my health and fitness to the next level. I am still a work in progress moving forward, striving for fitness. It is much easier to keep going than it is to start over.
This picture is the results of eating nutrias food and exercising hard day in and day out for 5-7 days a week for 12 weeks. Its been an amazing 3 month journey, to go from looking like a duck to seeing the stomach whittling away and your body begin to transform. Such an empowering experience.
The 12 weeks program start on August 23, 2015 and ended on November 23, 2015
Becoming fit and reshaping your body is a process and takes time, dedication, hard work, patience and an oath to never give up. Fitness must become just as important as food, water and air. They are the elements of fitness.
