Education is key to learning how to prevent or reverse type 2 diabetes. We were never trained how to eat healthy. In todays environment, with epidemic cases of type 2 diabetes, it is vital that you take time out and I educate yourself about how to eat healthy. I provide education about the multitude of dangers resulting from eating man-made and processed foods. I then offer an alternative lifestyle of eating which results in you eating yourself back into health. There are no drugs involved in the plan, only God’s whole natural, organic foods. I am looking for people who are serious about improving their health, changing their lifestyle and growing healthy. My clients are individuals, families, groups, organizations, churches, schools, and clubs. Grass Root Movement
Make Food Your Medicine and Food Your Medicine, is a grass root movement to teach African Americans and others how to feed and nourish the body to promote and maintain health. As we each learn and master eating a healthy lifestyle we become educators passing the art of feeding the body down to future generations, leaving behind a legacy of healthy eating. We have an epidemic of food related diseases in our country. My focus is reversing type 2 diabetes. I feel strongly if we can eliminate type 2 diabetes, a lot of the other conditions will also be healed. |
You Don't Have To Just Control Type 2 Diabetes, Reverse It! Read Phyllis Tremble Hardin's Testimony:
I am praising God for healing me and delivering me from food addiction. On May 7, 2013 I was diagnosed with diabetes. At the time I was diagnosed, my A1C was 9.8 (A1C is the average glucose level in you blood over a 3-month period). I was put on insulin and a lot of medication. Yesterday, August 5, I called my doctor’s office to get the results of my recent A1C test. I was told that my A1C is 5.5 and I am no longer diabetic, PRAISE GOD, FOR HIS MERCY ENDURES FOREVER! Also, I no longer have high blood pressure. The diabetes diagnosis is what motivated me to start a healthy weight loss program based on Brenda White’s book, “Make Food Your Medicine and Medicine Your Food’. I did not want to get accustomed to a life of injecting myself with insulin and taking all those medications. I began this program on May 27, 2013. About 1 month after starting the program, I was able to come off insulin, metformin and all my high blood pressure medications. I have also lost 26 pounds and no longer crave any foods. I thank God for giving me the wisdom and the strength to follow the healthy eating lifestyle as laid out in the book. I also thank God for Brenda, who has been available to coach me and encourage me through the process Hallelujah!. After completing the 9 week plan her A1C was 5.5 and her doctor took her off the shots and medication because she no longer had diabetes. What made the difference, she educated herself about the food she ate, made a commitment to a new lifestyle, and stuck to it no matter what. |
What I Do:
My goal is to educate clients to eat a Nutritarian lifestyle which reverses type 2 diabetes and help stabilize weight using whole natural organic foods. The eating lifestyle I offer works, it doesn’t starve you, you are full and satisfied, It eliminates food addiction, and you have no cravings. When you follow the plan 100%, within 90 days or 12 short weeks you can regulate your blood sugar and reverse diabetes. A side effect is most people release unhealthy weight and also see improvements with other illnesses they may have. Former food addicts now, have to remind themselves to eat. Your energy level will be off the chart. This alternative lifestyle of eating reverses type 2 diabetes, helps to stabilize blood pressure, release of unhealthy weight and a host of other food related diseases. |
